When you contact us, we need to know your name, e-mail address, residential or office address. This allows us to process your enquiry and to notify you of the status of your enquiry.
We also ask for your telephone number so that we can contact you if there is a problem with your enquiry.
If there is a delivery problem with despatch of items from ourselves, we sometimes give the number to our carriers so they can contact you to arrange delivery.
We may also use the information we collect to send you our monthly journal and/or e-mail you special promotional offers, changes to the website, copy deadline notifications and other valuable information.
Upon receipt of an e-mail promotion from us, if you do not wish to receive further e-mail promotions please reply to that e-mail stating 'remove' and your details will be erased from our mailing list.
Will Lawrand Ltd disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
